Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your project:
- Before work begins: Full refund of any deposits paid, minus any administrative fees
- During the design phase: Refund of remaining balance minus work completed and deposit
- During development phase: Refund of remaining balance minus all work completed to date
- After final delivery: No refunds available
Company-Initiated Cancellation
If we are unable to complete your project due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. If cancellation is due to client non-compliance with terms or lack of necessary materials, refunds will be calculated based on work completed.
Revision Policy
We include a specified number of revision rounds in our service packages:
- Design revisions: Typically 2-3 rounds included in the base package
- Content revisions: Minor text changes included within reason
- Functionality changes: Major changes may require additional fees
- Additional revisions: Available at standard hourly rates
Satisfaction Guarantee
We work closely with you throughout the development process to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Our satisfaction guarantee includes:

Refund Processing

Project Delays
If project delays occur due to our inability to meet agreed timelines, you may be entitled to:

- Project cancellation with refund of unearned payments
Delays caused by client feedback time, content provision delays, or external factors are not eligible for refunds.
Quality Issues
If the delivered website has functionality issues or does not meet specifications outlined in the service agreement:
- We will fix all issues at no additional cost
- If issues cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued
- Quality concerns must be reported within 30 days of final delivery
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about your project or believe you are entitled to a refund:

- Allow us reasonable time to address and resolve the matter
- If resolution cannot be reached, formal mediation may be pursued
Post-Launch Support
Our commitment to you continues after project completion:
- Bug fixes within warranty period at no charge
- Technical support as outlined in your service agreement
- Optional maintenance packages available
- Training on website management if included in package
